Sitemighty is showing 51 clicks on credit card appliations, but NCS only shows six (and no conversions). Is this discrepancy typical, and why would it happen?

Thank you for addressing your concerns to us. First of all let me clear this out a bit: the statistics that NCS is considering for paying commissions is their statistics. The visitors and conversions statistics on siteMighty.com is a supplement to stats that you see in NCSs control panel or Google Analytics.
Also please do not forget that the applications are reporting in real time, while sales are not. There can be up to a two week waiting period. It also depends on the cards you are targeting and the approval rates for those cards.
